2. Products

The Website offers art prints and limited-edition artworks, created and sold directly by the artist or authorized partners. Each product page includes a detailed description, including dimensions, printing technique, materials, and edition information (if applicable). All photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only; slight differences in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or printing variations.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT (if applicable), but excluding shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout. For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, items will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

To place an order, the Customer must: Select the desired product(s) and add them to the cart. Complete the checkout form with accurate personal and delivery details. Confirm and pay for the order through one of the available payment methods. Once payment is completed, the Customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the order details.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (fraud suspicion, payment issues, or stock unavailability).

5. Payment

Payments are accepted via [Stripe, PayPal, Twint, credit card, etc.]. Transactions are processed securely via encrypted connections (SSL). Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Switzerland within [X–Y working days] after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times: Switzerland: 2–5 business days, Europe: 5–10 business days, International: 10–20 business days The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or transport conditions beyond their control. Shipping fees are displayed before finalizing the order.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As the artworks and prints are produced in limited quantities or on demand, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted, except in cases of: Damaged or defective product upon arrival, Order error attributable to the Seller. In these cases, the Customer must contact the Seller within 7 days of receiving the package, including photographs of the issue, at [email address]. If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back in its original packaging and condition. Refunds are issued after the product has been received and inspected. For customers residing in the European Union, the legal right of withdrawal (14 days) applies for non-customized products.

8. Custom or Made-to-Order Prints

Custom formats, framing, or personalized requests are non-refundable once production has started, except in cases of defect or production error.

9. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, texts, and designs on the Website are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the artist Victor Berthoud.

Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of LiabilityThe Seller is not liable for:

Damage caused by misuse of the product, Loss or delay caused by postal or customs services, Color variations due to screen differences. The total liability of the Seller shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the order concerned.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
